Who runs this thing?

My name is Tobias, you can find me on LinkedIn, or check out my website. I bought a house and did a bunch of reading to figure out how to take care of it. Email is my jam, so I made a tool to automate sending emails to myself as reminders. Now I'm making that tool available to you!

What's it cost?

Nothing! Because of my skills as a software designer, I was able to make this project run for pennies, so this is just my labor of love, sharing back the knowledge I learned over the years.

Are there ads anywhere?

Never on the website, those are awful. The emails you get may have a little footer that reminds you that I make my bread and butter designing software for small businesses, but I won't put ads in the emails either.

Will my information be sold?

No way! The thing is... I built this tool primarily for my own benefit, so that I can manage my own home easier. I won't sell your data, and I won't sell off this project, because I want to be able to run it the Right Way™.

What's with the cat?

The word "homeowner" has "meow" in the middle, so I read it as ho-meow-ner instead of home-owner. It's an internet joke, I guess? 🐈

P.P.S. This project started as "Lawn Emails", where I'd send emails for things like planting new seed, when to apply herbicides, and so on. After a while, I realized I wanted something that included all of the routine things for home ownership, so I made this project instead!
